• Wash hands and choose a clean, well‑lit area.
• Place the mouth light cover over the end of the handheld LED light.
• Lay out your pre‑loaded mouth tray, protective glasses, and LED light.
PREP
• Put on the protective glasses.
• Blot teeth dry with a tissue for best adhesion.
INSERT TRAY
• Open the sealed package.
• Place the pre‑loaded mouth tray directly onto your teeth.
• No extra gel or mixing needed — everything is already inside.
START WHITENING
• Hold the handheld LED light in front of the tray with the mouth light cover on.
• Run the session for 15–20 minutes.
FINISH
• Turn off the light and remove the tray. • Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
• Wipe down the LED light for next use.
POST‑CARE
• Avoid staining foods/drinks for 1 hour.
• Use the whitening pen for quick touch‑ups between sessions.
OPTIONAL EXTRA SESSIONS
You may reuse the same mouth tray for additional whitening sessions by applying fresh gel from the syringes. Simply clean the tray, apply a thin line of gel inside, and repeat the standard 15–20 minute LED session.
